Thank you, useful video and presentation. The “be able to explain your business in a sentence” got me thinking about how I would explain mine in a sentence, cheers

Hi – as an expert in start-ups could Jason give some details on how Descipher ™ has managed to take the internet by storm and reached the dizzy heights of a 22,600,000 Alexa ranking? I tried to get the site itself to de(s)chipher the science behind this achievement but it seemed more confused then me
Also as an innovative start up that allows punters to match bets with other punters you may be interested to hear of a potential competitor called “Betfair” or something who had a similar wheeze about 10 years ago and essentially secured the market. I can’t remember their URL off-hand but think it had ‘betfair’ in it, as well as ‘.com’ and ‘www.’ somewhere…
Ah am also intrigued by Hunter – is that his real name or did he change it from Beaver? Just not sure about the hairy lips….

Great video – I recently (6 months) came to London and I think I would agree on most of your suggested people to work with. I really like how you emphasize the hiring process, I couldn’t agree more. Would love to know if you used a process like mine: http://www.datadrivencreative.com/?p=427 or if you did something different. Thanks for sharing your experience I think it’s one of the more tangible presentations I have seen.
